Private files

Photos, PDFs, text/CSV files, Word documents and Excel files stay in private project storage and are opened only after the business connection is checked.

Live conversations

New activity arrives through Maine Stockroom’s real-time event system. Browser alerts can notify you while the site is open in another tab.

Offline email alerts

Each team member can opt in to email alerts. Private message contents are never copied into notification emails.

Trade Network notifications

Notification settings apply to your own signed-in account.

Browser alerts

Browser alerts work while Maine Stockroom is open or running in a browser tab. True closed-app web push is not provided by the current hosting platform.

Send customer announcement

This sends the same private announcement into each approved customer conversation. Customers who opted into email alerts also receive a notification email without private message contents.

Connect a supplier

Enter the connection code your wholesaler gave you. Messaging opens after they approve the relationship.
